The syndicate democratizes access to the future of SaaS by allowing our supporters to co-invest alongside top-tier VCs and fund the future of the industry.

In order to help those companies control information distribution, Defense Angels intends to syndicate most deals privately. Membership therefore provides the opportunity to gain access to vetted, high-potential investment opportunities in the space for no recurring cost, since members can choose whether or not to participate in each deal on a case-by-case basis without penalty.
